To facilitate the commuters of motorway and meet the challenging of modern world, we have provided CNG (compact natural gas) refilling facility at our MSAs. When your vehicle need to be refilled, just visit one of our CNG station available at following sites. |

Future Plan
CNG refilling facility will be available at MSA
Sial North/South and MSA Kallar Kahar North/South in near future.
After the operation of these sites, CNG will be available on entire motorway (M-2). |

About The Project
To make CNG available at motorway, Daewoo Pakistan Motorway Service Limited (DPMSL) has entered into an agreement with M/S Motorway CNG Operator Company (MCOC) for installation and operation of CNG refilling station through a new concept of Online/Offline CNG provision system.
Operation Plan
This project of CNG stations on the motorway is of a unique design and concept, which has been introduced in Pakistan for the first time. |
The conventional CNG stations operating in Pakistan are located next to the CNG pipeline. Low pressure gas is taken from the pipeline and converted into high pressure gas by using compressors and then it is filled in the vehicles through online dispensing units.
Contrary to this design, we have used new concepts of ”Mother-Daughter System”. This concept envisages gas compression at one Mother Location (Online) and dispending it at various |

Daughter location (Offline). The obvious reason of opting this design is the non-availability of natural gas along the motorway (m-2).
A special pipeline has been laid on 6.5 km route up to MSA Bhera South Bound, where Mother CNG station (Online) has been installed. |

Online Station (Mother Station) – Bhera South |

The compressor station is installed at Bhera South, which is not only serving as filling station for vehicles, but also be used for filling mobile storage units (cascade) for daughter stations. |

Offline Station (Mother Station) – Bhera North, Sukheki North/South |

It comprises of a dispensing unit for vehicles and filling point for mobile storage units (cascade). |

Mobile Storage Unit (Cascade) |

The mobile storage (cascade) skids compromises of a container with a storage of multi cylinders attached through manifolds, isolating valves and pressure gauges, permanently mounted on special trailers for transportation of CNG to daughter (offline) stations. |

Special Compressor |

A special decanting compressor capable to manage the variable high pressure at its inlet from mobile storage unit (cascade) and to dispense the gas to the vehicles have been installed at “Daughter Station”. |

Standby System |

In case of circumstances beyond control, if the trailer doesn't reach any of the Daughter station in time, the ground storage has been placed to ensure availability of CNG at daughter stations at all times. |
